Males who have excess skin and tissue in their breast can opt to have a procedure performed called Gynecomastia, also known as Male Breast Reduction. The cause of this unwanted tissue is unknown, but the problem associated with having excess tissue is very bothersome to men of all ages.
The way to fix the problem of having this excess tissue is to use liposuction and sometimes removal of surrounding skin. Surgical treatment is usually accomplished with ultrasonic liposuction and sometimes with direct excision of the tissue.
